Am I dreaming!?
I’ve been translating and doing Jesus Culture songs in Spanish for years trying to bring that same passionate call to worship to where I serve as a missionary in Mexico. What an amazing surprise and gift to see that not only are there songs now in Spanish but our beloved Chris and Kim are singing them!!! The spanish-speaking population is HUGE and hungry for Jesus… please continue!! And please hire Andrea Lopez Osorio from IHOP-KC to help with the translation!
I have all JC CDs and I love it. And now en español pues q mas puedo decir. Dios Los bendiga. And good job. And amigos agradescan lo q ellos hacen. Don't think twice buy this album
I've been waiting for so long for you guys to translate your song.... And it sounds Awesome!! Now I can Sing your Songs in my Church! Keep up the good work! Blessings!
Honestly, it seems as if people were just waiting for the moment for you guys to have a Spanish album to listen and point out all the negativity. This album is awesome! I'm glad you guys took a leap of faith with this Spanish album! Now if we all just listen to it and get in the presence of God & Holy Spirit, you will see how it flows! Love it! & may God Bless this ministry!
Simplemente Gracias ! Amazing Job !!
Maravilloso trabajo ! .. sin duda se nota la entrega y el corazon por dar lo mejor en este el 1er album en español. Cada letra y melodia son de bendicion, los escucho hace años y siempre espere canciones en español.
Queremos mas discos en Español ! .. Espero verlos mas adelante en una gira por Latinoamerica cantando estas canciones en vivo. Sería un gran reto
Blessings from Chile !!!!!!! <3

I've been translating English worship songs to Spanish for many years. This can be one of the hardest things to do and sometimes finding the best words or right words to reflect the original version is frustrating. However, the greatest question I've asked myself is "Am I still sharing the original song writers message?" It sounds great, the message is not lost in translation... Keep sharing your music, don't stop at Spanish! Keep sharing the words God has given you to all the nations!
The fact that Jesus Culture finally decided to make a Spanish album was well received and provoked excitement and joy.
Unfortunately, after listening to the tracks I noticed that the translation was poorly done. There is a lack of flow and it seems as if the translators were not native Spanish speakers. Maybe they just used a dictionary and said, "That's how you say it! Let's do that!" Or maybe they just tried too hard. Simplicity is best guys.
Don't try to translate the songs word-for-word... instead translate the idea/thought and message. Find a flow!
I respect the effort of all involved with this album but the finished product was disappointing to say the least.
Thank you for putting together an album in Spanish; JC is one of the most influential contemporary worship bands. Overall I love the song choice and while translating songs from English to Spanish cannot do justice due to the nature of the language, it's good. In a few songs there could be a better translation but it's pretty good.
A friend of mine translated Holy Spirit in Spanish and her translation is almost identical as in English!!! Thank you! Can't wait to hear y'all live in Spanish though!
Thanks for finally making an album in Spanish!!!
